I have been in the event planning and floral industry for over 7 years and have assisted in the coordination of over 45 corporate events including 8 elite non-profit galas hosting nearly 2,000 guests. I studied at Central Lakes College and obtained a Floral Design Degree in 2016 and in 2020 I graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Stout and received a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management. I spent summers at the lake, exploring the forest, picking rocks, shells and flowers to create with. In spring, the hills are ablaze with purple as this plant, which thrives in harsh environments like Central, begins to flower. Flowers have been a huge part of my life since childhood. Even in the wildest places they are deeply rooted, growing strong and beautiful. I have always been inspired by flowers because they radiate resiliency and perseverance.
